Improving Understanding
I really appreciate what COST is doing for Owen Sound. For too long, it has been difficult for ordinary taxpayers to understand where our municipal tax dollars are going and what our candidates actually stand for. COST is asking the questions many of us have been asking ourselves and, importantly, is giving residents the information they need to make an informed choice.

Encouraging Critical Thinking
I love the fact that COST is encouraging people to think beyond the usual election promises. The questions are straightforward, the information is easy to understand, and the focus is on making Owen Sound a better and more affordable place to live. This is exactly the kind of constructive citizen involvement our city needs
